Sales Coordinator/Inside Sales Assistant


Job Description
  • Prepare quotations, specifications, sales letters, catalog requests and other sales and engineering material
  • Support sales and engineering department with daily activities as well as monthly and quarterly projects and reports
  • Support existing customers with account status, repeat orders, general requests, etc.
  • Take repeat orders and enter into the system, set up confirmations, etc.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and sales representatives via phone, fax and email
  • Register and send information to prospects, and follow up on receipt of information, future requirements and quotations, etc.
  • General office duties such as answering the phone, faxing, filing, etc.

Qualifications
  • College degree
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with little direction
  • Strong administrative background and working knowledge of MS Office

Staff Accountant


Job Description
  • Accounts Payable, process check runs, file and mail
  • Accounts Receivables, follow up by fax, phone and email
  • Handle credit card payments
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements
  • Process shipping notes and invoices
  • Assist with various tasks and documentation, such as W-9 forms, resale certificates and commission statements and month-end closing

Qualifications
  • Experience in small business environment
  • Experience in manufacturing/distribution industry is a big plus
  • College degree with Accounting-related courses
  • Proficiency with Windows-based software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access) and accounting software


Material Coordinator/Buyer


Job Description
  • Review material allocation requirements and bills of materials
  • Plan purchase requirements, import and export needs
  • Request quotations, negotiate prices and delivery options, and review specifications
  • Place orders, follow up, receive and accept goods
  • Evaluate supplier performance (delivery, price, QA status, etc.)
  • Communicate with subassemblers regarding their usage and inventory status
  • Inventory organization/design
  • Month-end inventory status reports

Electrical Magnetic Engineer


Job Description
  • Develop and establish major account relationships with strategic prospects and customers
  • Create, develop and manage new product design program
  • Manage, motivate, drive and direct the internal sales engineering group
  • Interpret designs and provide overall design assessment and management
  • Ensure all program objectives are met, including schedule, feature set, cost/margin, and development cost

Technical Support Engineer


Job Description

Together with sales, engineering and purchasing provide technical support and documentation to customers and suppliers. Duties include the following:
  • Mechanical and electrical specifications on new product developments
  • Prototype test and evaluations
  • Testing, evaluation and corrective actions for RMAs
  • Selection and sourcing of electrical and mechanical components
  • Locate and contact suppliers and distributors and negotiate price and delivery terms
  • Communicate with customers, supplies, sales representatives and all Powertronix departments

Qualifications
  • Technical education in electrical engineering, preferably college degree,
  • Working knowledge of computer programs such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD
  • Flexibility and creativity to improve and create new procedures
  • Hands-on, with ability to multitask and prioritize with limited supervision


Sales and Marketing Analyst


Job Description
  • Gather and examine company product sales information
  • Conduct market research using a variety of techniques, such as surveys and competitor product comparisons
  • Analyze factors such as pricing, distribution, and product performance
  • Provide statistical reports and recommendations to management
  • Contribute to strategic planning and new product forecasting. This includes the following:
    • Customer segmentation and profiling
    • Analyze sales, assets, and market share information for trends, profitability, and relevant facts, and provide management written summaries
    • Maintain and develop database and spreadsheet infrastructure/methodologies
    • Develop target audiences for sales and marketing campaigns, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and report findings to management

Job Description
  • Call potential customers, qualify leads, and sell Powertronix products and services
  • Identify new accounts and applications for Powertronix products
  • Locate engineering and purchasing contacts at new accounts
  • Analyze existing customers, industries, and markets
  • Provide technical sales support to customers and prospects, and furnish the internal sales organization with sales and application information
  • Make quotations, write sales letters, and develop other sales promotional material
  • Organize and systematically follow up on inquires and quotations.
  • Work with and follow up with appointed regional sales representatives
  • Visit new and existing customers on own or together with sales representatives and close the sale
  • Attend trade shows and promote Powertronix products at shows in which we participate
  • Initiate search, conduct interviews, and appoint new sales representatives
  • Some travel within the USA will be required

Qualifications
  • Engineering graduate with business orientation or sales and marketing graduate with technical understanding and competence
  • Working knowledge of Window programs such as Word and Excel
